With six years of experience solely working for Nissan and 4 years at CMH Nissan Sandton; the new sales manager; is equipped with an envious amount of knowledge of the Nissan models. Wesselman can tell you the spec of any Nissan model found in South Africa without him having to look at the car. His all time favourite car is the Nissan leaf because it is innovative. Wesselman believes that society should keep updating itself, keep up with the times and create fresh new ideas. Very impressive, with such a passion for cars, Wesselman hopes to achieve increased sales, a more harmonious work environment and an unshakable work ethic. The new service manager is Eldrid Buys. Buys grew up in a motor racing car environment. His family had a passion for Formula 1 and Nas car and that is how he naturally gravitated to the motor industry. With 21 years of experience, Buys has developed the necessary skills and leadership qualities to lead the CMH Nissan Sandton service team to greater heights. Buys’ goal is to grow the through put results by ensuring that the team delivers exceptional customer service and interestingly enough that won’t be a problem with Amisha Gosh at his side. Amisha Gosh is the dealership’s service advisor and her passion is interacting with clients to ensure that they are completely satisfied. This month one of her clients Celeste had this to say about Gosh; “She is an incredibly dynamic individual who will bend over backwards for the client, I have never received such amazing service before and I give her 50 out of 10.” The service department’s CSI is currently at a whopping 95.5% based on customer satisfaction. All we can say is that CMH Nissan Sandton can only go higher and higher from here.
