CMH Nissan Durban is proud to be sponsoring another tournament at the Durban Bowling Club. This time it is a singles championship. This is a great opportunity for us to carry on an ongoing relationship with this landmark establishment. In true spirit of this event we are there with our flags and vehicles on each and every day of the event. Come along and show your support. You are cordially invited to select bowlers from your club and enter them for the above-mentioned competition, which will be played at Durban Bowling Club on Saturday mornings starting January 14 playing 2 sessions. Book in time 8.00 am to start at 8.30am. The competition will continue on successive Saturday mornings. The sponsors will provide generous sponsorship with outstanding prizes for the winner, runner-up and semi-finalists. To qualify as a novice, a bowler shall not have won any singles competition at Districts level. At the starting time of the tournament no player must have played bowls for more than 3 years. We rely on club officials to abide by the above rules but we will make a check with PNB. There is no restriction on the number of players a club may enter. Please complete the attached entry form and return it to the address below with R5O.OO per player entry fee (no green fees payable). Please mark envelope “NOVICES” and address it to Brian King. All entrants must register on first day 14 January by 8.00am at the latest. Late arrivals will be scratched. If you have players prepared to mark, please provide their names on the entry form
