Nissan Pietermaritzburg is very excited to welcome our new workshop manager that has a little more than 14 years’ experience in the motor vehicle industry. Brandon Morris a young, passionate, and energetic individual. Brandon started his journey with Nissan in 2006 when he joined CMH Nissan Durban as a bookings clerk and found himself later filling a service advisor position with a team of professionals, and grew into the position of a knowledgeable, senior service advisor. In 2018 he decided to move to New Zealand, where he filled a position of Service Manager at a Nissan dealership. There he realised just how much he learnt in his 12 years with Nissan in South Africa. He says he can trace his car genes back to his grandpa, an airplane mechanic who arrived in Durban from Scotland with, aptly enough, a Morris Minor still in its wooden crate. “My granddad assembled the Morris and sold it, so that’s how far my car roots go back,” says Brandon. He says the car cultures in the “Land of the Long White Cloud” and Mzansi could not be more different. Brandon hopes to make your journey with Nissan memorable, striving to excel in customer service.
